My daughter has been going here for months now and we couldn’t be happier with the facility and the therapist. My daughter is a ray of sunshine on the days where she has therapy and looks forward to going. Today she graduated from OT with Ms. Ruth (who has been absolutely phenomenal) and was so excited. It’s was such a bittersweet day for us knowing she has met her goals and phased out. They bought her presents, baked cookies, made posters and she got to put her handprint on the wall. The one thing we look forward to is that we still get to keep going to see her other therapist Ms. Becca. She has turned into what my daughter considers a friend. I’ve seen a complete change in her since we started here and I owe them so many thanks!

We wanted to take a moment to share our experience with Mind in Motion in Johns Creek. Our son's autism testing and therapies journey with them has been positive overall. The therapies provided have shown promise, and we appreciate their efforts in helping our son.

I had a great experience and Mind and Motion! From customer service, to billing, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, Dr. Hawthorne is awesome! It is truly evident she cares about her work and her patients. Dr. Hawthorne went the extra mile to provide a thorough evaluation. I would not hesitate to use this provider again in the future.

Horrible psychology department. Great OT and Speech department. Go somewhere else for psychology testing. You have to wait a month for results. They won’t give you all paperwork that needs to be filled out and then blame you. Then because they say you didn’t get the forms in on time, even though you did they just forgot a paper, they push your results visit back more. Very unprofessional seems they don’t really care about there patients.

Great experience so far with Mind and Motion! My son was recently diagnosed with juvinile arthritis and has been seeing miss Elizabeth for physical therapy! She has given my 2 yo more confidence in himself and makes everything so fun! She even printed out home exercises and stretches with pictures so we can practice at home. Also, Nikki, who does billing, has been incredibly helpful and efficient. She is very quick to answer any questions for this nervous mommy. Cannot say enough about this place! :)

My son and my daughter have been to this clinic for almost two years. The staff in the front office are very nice and always greet us warmly. My daughter sees the speech therapist, occupational therapist and physical therapist, all the therapists are very capable, diligent and caring. My son has been doing Neurofeedback treatment, speech therapy and counselling. I can see his improvements over times. I really appreciate all the hard works of all the therapists at this clinic. I will recommend this clinic to any family with special need kids.

For a place that supposedly helps people with neurodevelopmental disabilities, they don't care if you not showing up for your appointment is related to said disability. I get it that's on me but, I took the extra precautions to make it to my next appointment only for them to cancel without my consent and to give me "resources" for other offices, leading to a bad meltdown. Only 1 clinic I found that has what I need but, they dont take insurance. Not to mention Mind and Motions won't schedule me for another appointment. Please try to find another place that's a little more forgiving and empathetic to executive dysfunctioning.
